二度と失くさない為と厄除けを兼ねて、あらゆるお守りをカギにつけました。

採取はしませんでした。
それと、知らない小鳥が居ました。

９０歳になるお寺の住職は太平洋戦争の経験者ですが、
兵隊として戦った世代は住職の５歳以上年配の世代だったそうです。

そして、政治や歴史や日常と幅広い話題で、気が付くと３時間も談笑していました。

浄土真宗の僧侶である住職はキリスト教も尊敬していました。確かに素晴らしいことですが、歴史を知る僕がキリスト教が広まった国は全てヨーロッパの植民地になっていることを指摘しました。そして、僕は日本のキリスト教や仏教は日本人化れたものだから素晴らしく感じるものだと告げました。そして、日本の神道である和睦から始まる精神に後から来た仏教や中国の儒学や西洋文学が日本で吸収された歴史があります。さらに付け加えれば、災害時や戦時中でも人を騙さない誠実な日本人の精神は世界中の宗教を凌駕するものです。この僕の言葉でお寺の住職も感銘をして頂けました。
